Most shops are built for volume, so a five-piece job with a tight window breaks the schedule. This shop is built the other way around. Zero-point workholding turns a setup change into minutes instead of hours, which is what makes short runs affordable.

Case picking is hard, physical, entry-level work, and it is one of the hardest jobs in a warehouse to keep staffed. ProPick does that job the same way every day, on every shift, without turnover.

You get an engineer, not a salesperson
There is no sales desk to get past. When you get a reply to your RFQ, it comes from the person who will program the job, run it and inspect it.
Problem parts are the point
Thin walls, awkward datums, a feature that cannot be held the obvious way. If a part has been quoted twice and come back wrong, let us make it happen.
Inspection data, not assurances
Every lot ships with a ballooned drawing and a dimensional report, measured by hand and recorded in software we wrote ourselves. The numbers drop straight into your receiving file.
Design feedback before you commit
If a tolerance is adding cost and nothing else, it comes back marked at quote time. If the print is right, nothing changes without your written approval.
