A machine shop and a robotics lab, run by the same engineer.

We manufacture tight-tolerance parts for shops and OEMs across Dallas–Fort Worth, and we design autonomous material-handling robots. All under one roof, by the same person.

What we do

Two lines of business, one engineer

Both halves of this company do the same thing: take a hard mechanical problem and finish it. One does it a part at a time for other manufacturers. The other does it as a machine that runs on its own.

CNC machining

Your quantity-five hot job is our normal Tuesday

Most shops are built for volume, so a five-piece job with a tight window breaks the schedule. This shop is built the other way around. Zero-point workholding turns a setup change into minutes instead of hours, which is what makes short runs affordable.

Send a model and a drawing. Anything that will fight the process gets flagged at quote time, not after the first article.

  • 6061 and 7075 aluminum, with steels when a job calls for it
  • 3-axis and 4-axis milling
  • Probing on both machines
  • Bead blasting and part marking in house

ProPick

A case picker that shows up every shift

Case picking is hard, physical, entry-level work, and it is one of the hardest jobs in a warehouse to keep staffed. ProPick does that job the same way every day, on every shift, without turnover.

It builds the pallet in the aisle as it picks, wraps it on board, and delivers it to the dock ready to load. It drops into the building you already have.

  • Autonomous case-level order picking
  • Pallet built and stretch wrapped on board
  • Delivered straight to the dock
  • US Patent 12,421,042

How ProPick works

Why buyers send work here

You get an engineer, not a salesperson

There is no sales desk to get past. When you get a reply to your RFQ, it comes from the person who will program the job, run it and inspect it.

  • 01

    Problem parts are the point

Thin walls, awkward datums, a feature that cannot be held the obvious way. If a part has been quoted twice and come back wrong, let us make it happen.

  • 02

    Inspection data, not assurances

Every lot ships with a ballooned drawing and a dimensional report, measured by hand and recorded in software we wrote ourselves. The numbers drop straight into your receiving file.

  • 03

    Design feedback before you commit

If a tolerance is adding cost and nothing else, it comes back marked at quote time. If the print is right, nothing changes without your written approval.
